Can't post threads anywhere except General and TF Neo

Hi folks,

I have joined this community recently, but I am unable to post threads in relevant sections and can only post them in General/TF neo.
Is there any restriction on the same, like status of member (Neo, Legend etc)? Or is there a way to resolve this?
