Hi everyone
This year in June I closed my Yes bank Credit Card and received NOC also. But it seems like they can not get over it and still sending me monthly statements with zero dues and also keep sending SMS telling me of the due date and timely payments and all.
It's a paid card.
This is what they sent me after the card closure request
"Further, we confirm that there is no outstanding on your YES BANK Credit Card and you may consider this E-mail as ‘No Due Letter’ for your future reference."
Is it normal? Should I just ignore it or raise the issue to Yes Bank authorities?
Update:
They were sending me statements because they owed me Rs 0.20. How thoughtful of them.
I asked them to keep it and use the money to improve their banking experience.
