Card inactive for OVD Documents

Can anyone please help me with this problem because I don't have serviceable pin code and they refuse to activate my card

I faced similar issue earlier. I think you can use the card without any problem. The things which are disabled are -1) Can't redeem reward points even though you will be earning it for every purchase. 2) Card Management via app will be disabled. If you can't arrange OVD then don't close the card. Try to arrange it in near future. You can change your Doc temporarily to reactivate the card.

Yes card is active for transactions but card upgrade and reward points redemption is banned

It didn't work.
Although issue got fixed by itself....after 2 weeks or so.
