Card sent to wrong address. How do I get card sent to me on correct address

I recently got legend LFT but it was sent to wrong address. It was sent to my permanent address where as dying vkyc I have different address. I tried calling the bank I was on hold for 48 minutes and then I gave up. Is there a way I can get the card delivered to right address ?

Write them mail along with current address proof and ask them to update your address.
If you want it urgently, then ask anyone who you know and can take the courier there. Schedule the pickup with delhivery courier, they'll deliver at minimal rate (around ₹100).
