Card unblocking SBI card

My SBI credit card has been blocked due to security reason while making a payment of more than 50000. I am not able to unblock it through call and my app has been locked. What should I do to immediately unblock my card

What do you mean your app is locked?

It happens once in a while, you can only unblock it via calling the customer care with your registered mobile number. Same thing has happened with me twice in last 4 months
