Please suggest me a credit card based on these basic requirements, this is for a friend,

1. Minimum 2% reward rate, preferably 4-5%
2. Domestic & Intl(preferably priority pass) airport lounge access
3. Movie Offers
4. Any hotel or club membership like taj epicure(optional)
5. Golf benefits(optional)

He is willing to pay upto Rs. 10,000 as fees per annum and has highest card limit of 4.6L.

Marquee offering is purely based on the customer's Credit profile, which includes, income, current CC portfolio, credit age, CLs etc...
I am not sure about the actual CL on any CC, but I am sure it plays a vital role...
Even if we go thru an agent for Marquee, the system has to offer Marquee for the agent also.. otherwise can't be done..

only excpetion I found as of now is: getting marquee on the surrogate of Grandeur SB account.

You should go for Atlas and apply card to card offline

4)Location: metro or town or rural?
5) Bank names ,where he holds a SB Bank account
6) Occupation Industry : is it realestate/shrae trading //etc etc? if not what?
