They will not block. but you will have to pay tax, and its not good to buy crypto with credit card. if you want to invest then it should be 20% of savings. but you should have knowledge of investing in crypto. It is very risky to put money.

If you really are that desperate just do a rent payment or wallet to bank transaction and buy from there. It would still be cheaper than the fees an exchange would charge for buying from cc.

I have made profits of more than 1cr in cryptocurrency. I have never paid taxes on it. Never will. (In minecraft)
