Cash deposit taking time

I deposited more than 50k into my Canara bank and not at home branch but the same has not been credited yet …it has been more than a hour ….anyone same experience?

if the person at teller was simultaneously updating in terminal, it should be immediate. but if the person was only accepting & signing the paying slips, then they would normally update in the terminal only after close of banking hrs.
if you deposited at ATM, it would be updated only after due verification process.
