Cashback has not yet been credited for the Swiggy voucher I purchased via HDFC GYFTR on PayZapp.

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a Swiggy Money voucher using Hdfc Gyftr on PayZapp:
1) First, I used the PayZapp wallet as the payment method.
2) Then, I made another purchase using my HDFC debit card.

However, I haven’t received cashback for either transaction. Could someone please guide me on what steps I need to take next?
Also, if anyone has the email ID for HDFC customer support to raise this issue, kindly share it with me.

You could message gyftr team at the bottom right, there is usually a chat option there for customer care.
