Cashback on education fee payment using SBI Cashback card

Does anyone know how much cashback I will receive while paying for the education fee online using my SBI Cashback card. I am aware that SBI gives 1% cashback on utility bill payments and no cashback is given for fuel and rent. However the T&C doesn't talk about education fee.

This is precisely the reason why every card network is removing utility, rent and insurance payments from accelerated rewards categories.

Recently BOB did. Axis did for all low-mid range cards.
SBI will also follow up. They actually already removed rent and utilities while launch, but somehow missed education payments. It will be removed soon.

Anyway, Paytm Citi has been there since 2 years offering 3% on all Paytm spends.

Yes for Paytm, i have not used cred. Some people reported yes.

Earlier this month there was some issue. But since 4-5 days, it's working fine. I didn't do. But another person did.

Because redgiraffe has least charges 0.39 % plus gst only. Nobroker 1.25 plus gst cred 1.5 plus gst paytm 1.75 plus gst

I've recently paid college fees on Paytm, using sbi cashback card and they've given 5% cashback.

Side note, Amity University has Paytm as one option of payment gateway, you use like any Ecom txn, and it gets detected as same.
