Yes as millennia gives 1 % on wallet reload and the MCC now comes under wallet reload.

I do not hold millennia. but I read in some thread that Millennia has also stopped giving cashback or was it for credit card?

Don't know about the credit card but the debit card gives 1 % cashback on wallet reload (Rs 400 monthly capping).

What if we directly pay with Millenia DC through Mobikwik's "pay with debit card" option? No 1% cashback?
(I am not seeing pay with wallet in Mobikwik while trying to pay CC bill)
