CC Application stuck at SBI NETBANKING PORTAL

Applied SBI card from the net banking portal on seeing the banner that you have pre approved offer .
I applied but the application stuck in between.
Now it’s been more than 20 days but it gives same error every day “
Dear Customer,

We are re-attempting the submission of your application.
Please try after 1 day.

Now everyday I see the same error on clicking the banner on top of the account number. Raised 3-4 complaints but they closed the ticket without resolving the issue .
Any suggestions how to resolve ?

Does it say Pre-qualified or Pre-approved??

I am also stuck at the same error since 20 days, going to raise a twitter complaint now.
