Do we get 1% CB on HDFC preferred DB for doing CC bill payment on Mobikwik/Paytm using hdfc preferred easyshop platinum debit card?

There is no option to pay HDFC CC bill payment on HDFC BILLPAY or SMARTPAY

I haven't tried Auto, but works for Manual. For auto payments/standing instructions, I think there's additional 5% cb for new accounts, but I don't have much clarity about that
