CC bill payment with Mobikwik

I'm trying to pay my SBI cc bill amount 21500 with HDFC platinum DC on Mobikwik. But it shows error "You can only transact upto 20000.0 with this card. Please try again with a lower amount or with a different card." I've enabled transection limit upto 50k on DC. Mobikwik KYC is also done a month back only. Need help for this. As my monthly bill payments are always above 20k. Previous month it was just under 20k so I might not have faced this issue.

MobiKwik allows max 20k payment per transaction. You can complete the payment in 2 parts.

Fullpay is only applicable/eligible when you give access to fetch your card bill. This isn't recommended.

Coming to ur query, yes you can apply on multiple payments but you'll get max ₹100 Cashback with that overall. And paying full statement fetched by MobiKwik will only attract Cashback.
