CC for different purposes.

Hello TF community.
Recently my brother got DCB metal and applied for Axis Atlas.
(Will get upgrade to infinia soon)
He's into miles only and a high spender. (> 20L).
Pls suggest some CC for different purpose..it would be of great help.
1-Fuel ( 80-100k)
2-offline swipe(>5L)
3-online spends +- GYFTR( 5-8L)
4- Govt transaction ( 2-3L)
5- insurance(<30k)
6- Upi to peers(1 L)
7- Upi to business (1-2L)
8-utility bills like EB and internet (1L)

Goal is to earn miles..
Pls suggest the CC for these categories.

Atlas should solve 2, 4.
DCB or Infinia should solve 3, 5, 8(using Amazon pay).
For 1, and 7 there are no miles credit card available.
Tata Neu infinity for 7 (cashback)
SBI BPCL octane for 1 (cashback)

One CC won't fit your needs and holding too many CCs will confuse him.

Infinia which is on the way should work great for most spends.
Atlas will offer great rewards on all the travel purchases.

For further, I would suggest him to divide the reward categories,

Does he want more flight points or hotel points?

Based on that, he can further check out Amex cards - Plat Travel for 10%+ reward rate for ~4L annual spends.(Marriott and Taj Vouchers)

Neu Infinity for Tata cashback(can be used at Taj) - 10% cashback on almost all transactions at Tata Neu.

Axis Vistara Infinite - for free Vistara flights(business class) - 4 tickets on 7.5L spends in first year.
