In the U.S., you can access the Delta Sky Lounge when flying on a Delta-operated or Delta-marketed flight, and the Lufthansa Lounge when flying with Swiss Air or Lufthansa, using your Amex Platinum card. Access to the Delta Sky Lounge is restricted to passengers with a Main Economy ticket (or above), while the Lufthansa Lounge allows access regardless of travel class.

How is the Centurion lounge different from the regular lounges accessible via Priority pass?

I've visited Centurion lounges in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, and they are far superior to Priority Pass lounges in terms of seating and food options. I didn't try the bar menu.
Is the food & dessert buffet like the spread of a 5 star hotel in Mumbai?
Like at least 2 veg + 2 nonveg starters, 4 to 6 main course and more than 10 desserts?
