I recently got premier on rupay network but I want this on Visa but no any option while applying.

So can I request them to change card network from Rupay to Visa.

I mail to crm team but they denied to convert the network and they say to request after 1 year of card issuance

I recently got my BPCL changed from visa to rupay(within 1 month of receiving the visa).

Now try once stating RBI circular and keep them in cc. Email - crpc@rbi.org.in/crpc@rbi.gov.in. RBI guidelines to change network came into effect on October 1st

By writing similar mail to sbi and keeping rbi in cc

Until RuPay is the only network that works with UPI, even HNIs will keep at least one RuPay CC in their back pocket. Why leave rewards/cashback on the table?

I Bob rupay premier, no any reward points given on UPI transaction on sweet shops of Rs 1200 and 800. and i have already neu infinity rupay, pnb rupay select, Indian bank rupay select, icici coral rupay, sbi rupay irctc.

No they say that conversation or upgrade can be done after 1 year of card.

BoB do have the same card in Rupay card or not? Such request must be taken as RBI guidelines is w.e.f Oct 1, 2023 itself.

bro don't change your rupay premier to visa because there are a lot of benefits in rupay premier.
they have started giving reward points for upi transaction above 100 rs.
it is a rupay select card and you get access to all the lounges eligible for rupay select card, i recently tried it on 080 lounge t1 which known for rejecting cards left right and center but rupay premier worked even when mastercard eterna didn't.
you also get 4 international lounge access through lounge key, i know it's not mentioned on the site but it does, i discovered it on this forum and even tried it in vietnam.
this card is launched in partnership with jcb, so you are also eligible for jcb offer, for eg. when i was visiting tokyo tower there was a 30% discount on jcb card and surprisingly my rupay premier was eligible for that discount.
there are many rupay card discounts on many site but i don't think this would matter to you beause you are alreafy holding other rupay cards.
