Change card type

I have SBI simply save card since 2 months which has no benifits for online spend.

Is there any way I can change it to simply click or other good card ?

And should I have to pay issuance fee again although I paid 589 rs for simply save 2 months back if I change it to simply click?

Raise a service request for Card Flip through SBI Card internet banking or mobile app.
They will reply you on the status.
Or if want instant help, call customer care.
They will help you doing the card flip.
