Change name mentioned on cards

Is there any way to customise the name that is mentioned on credit / debit cards I have? SBI has that option - at least for their debit cards. I'd love to have jeh on every card I own 🙂

I own credit cards from SBI Cards, Amex, ICICI, HDFC. For debit cards it's SBI (it already supports) HDFC, Stan Chart, and Fi.

PS: It's not my legal name or first name. It's just a nickname I like and use online or otherwise.

SBI didn’t change my name or anything for the account. They just let me put whatever the F**k I want on debit card.

Unfortunately, I don't think you'll be able to do this credit cards or even debit cards of many banks.

Some banks like SBI may permit alias names on debit cards but in case of credit cards most banks follow standard operating procedure.

Ah! Bummer totally! Very strange seeing SBI allow this level of customisation though. I'll keep them as primary acc just for that 😛

Yup, even I'm surprised SBI Is allowing this.
