Chargebacks in Prepaid card (HDFC Regalia Forex Plus card)

Hello all. I have a query regarding chargebacks.

I'm planning to get the HDFC regalia forex plus card to book an online tour. This tour company has decent reviews but just as a safeguard, in case something goes wrong, does Regalia forex plus card allow to dispute the transaction and raise a chargeback (similar to credit cards)?

The bigger question: can we raise disputes and chargebacks on prepaid cards, similar to credit cards?

I think there is an option to dispute transaction on the hdfc bank prepaid card portal. In the transactions section. I have a prepaid card ( not forex) so dont know if the interface is different.


Also talking about chargeback, i had recently recieved a chargeback to my prepaid card. First time my bank was not ready to raise it but after escalation to rbi Ombudsman they raised the chargeback and my money was refunded
