Charged for subscription even after cancelling the mandate on SIHUB-INDUSIND

Hi all,

I used my INDIE account to pay for a subscription. Later I cancelled it on the standing instructions portal Sihub https://www.sihub.in/managesi/indusinddebit#/home/view-mandate .
But today they charged me the amount even after cancelling , is there any way to get the money deducted back. Can I get to RBIO if I get a negative response from the nodal officer of indusIND.

If you have cancelled before buffer time still mandate went through then you can proceed with sending an email first, usually this time differs for every company , they will have some terms like need to cancel before this many days to pause/cancel

My mandate on indusind credit card never works 🤣

like I cancelled this on sihub, and adobe just deducted money from my account, and it is an international transaction
