- Axis Bank is offering a waiver of processing fee for users who make the loan or credit card bill payments using the Axis Bank debit cards on CheQ Mobile Application.- This Offer is valid only on bill payments with a minimum value of Rs. 10000 paid using the Axis Bank Debit Cards with the card numbers starting with the following BIN numbers:

- Users are not charged a processing fee for their first bill payment on the CheQ Mobile Application. The user may avail the offer by using the Axis Bank Debit card for the subsequent transactions that conform to the terms and conditions defined herein.

- In the case of failed transactions, the Offer count shall be reset
- In the case of partial reversals, the offer shall be considered as applied.
- The terms and conditions of this Offer are based on several factors. CheQ and Axis Bank jointly hold the rights to modify or cancel the offer at any time. The value of the Offer shall vary based on the processing fee calculated for the bill payment.
- CheQ or Axis Bank are NOT making any commitment to make any offer beyond the Offer Period.
- The Offer is valid only if the User’s account continues to be in good standing.
- Any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding service, suitability, availability, value or quality made available to the Users under the Offer on the services availed on the Platform (shortly referred as Claims) must be addressed in writing by the User on CheQ support
- Customers are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best-effort basis.
- CheQ holds the exclusive right at its sole discretion to refuse or deny the Offer to any User.
- If any Offer and/or anything to be done by CheQ or Axis Bank in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of CheQ or Axis Bank, including but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government, or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of CheQ or Axis Bank, then CheQ or Axis Bank shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of CheQ or Axis Bank.
- These T&C shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.
- Under no circumstances will the Offer be settled in cash.
- CheQ reserves the right to, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these T&C or to replace, wholly or in part, the Offer by another offer, whether similar to the Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
- CheQ or Axis Bank shall not be held liable for any reason, including but not limited to any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services under the Offer.
- CheQ or Axis Bank shall also not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of services under the Offer.
- The above Offer is by way of a limited time special offer for Users and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the App Usage terms and conditions. The T&C shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the App Usage terms and conditions.
- Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained till December 12, 2023. Post such date, CheQ will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding the Offer from any customers/ persons.
