Choosing among HDFC and ICICI

Hello, I'm trying to decide among the following cards
- HDFC Regalia Gold (paid, most probably back as Amazon GV)
- ICICI Emeralde Metal (12.5k, back as reward points)
- ICICI Sapphiro (LTF)
- HDFC Diners Black (paid)

I stay in Bangalore and my air travel mostly involves 5-7 domestic trips a year and no projected international trips as of now. Expected yearly spend is about 5-7L. Currently, I have a Coral Rupay and ICICI MMT. Can you help me in deciding what card(s) I should go ahead with?

Also, incase I go with Sapphiro should I choose the dual card variant since I already have ICICI Coral VISA?

The ICICI Private Emeralde seems like a super premium card, but I'm not sure if the benefits justify the 12.5k fees
