So my CIBIL report has 3 same residence addresses now. Two of them say "Residence address" while one say "uncategorised". But all 3 are the same
How to get rid of the other two? Or atleast one of them? Does it affect my trust factor for applying new CC/Loan in the future? They all are same but one bank gave house name first
While other mentioned street name first while third one mentioned plot number first. Making them look different at first glance.

CIBIL would modify those records only when it gets the request from the lender who submitted that data.
You can raise a dispute with CIBIL but it will get closed by mentioning the above reason.
You can request the lender to get this data updated in CIBIL though, if you are concerned.

You have 3 addresses, I have 4. Others might be having half a dozen or dozen. That doesn't really matter as compared to credit history and score.
Does it affect my trust factor for applying new CC/Loan in the future?
No.

No.
But are all 4 addresses of yours are essentially the same? Because mine are.

Basically what Quantum is saying as per my understanding is: all the addresses shwoing on cibil report are whatevr lenders reported to cibil.
As such lenders need to be contatced by customer to update or remove.

Regardless u can try with cibil on the basis that all address are same & cibil may update them as it looks messy & who doesnt want a clean report

let us know ur outcome ?

2 are same but with different placement of names.
Isn't it good that all your addresses are same and it's just the placement of names in your addresses that is misplaced?
Anyone (new lender) going through your report will understand that these are the same addresses but the order of importing/exporting was incorrect.

Did you happen to face any rejection because of this?

BTW, I'm not sure if you checked or not, the other credit reports of Equifax, Experian, and CRIF might be having these incorrect addresses too.
Would you get those corrected too?

The fact is that these above 3 CICs take so much time to even respond to your query, that either people give up or don't even start with such issues.

Not yet applied for any new credit. But read somewhere that multiple address proofs make the process hideous.
But yeah it's just different arrangement of words.

This is a big problem with CIBIL, it still shows all our old addresses and phone numbers.
In my CIBIL report, it is showing all my addresses and phone numbers starting from 2010 when I applied for some loan.
(At that time, I was using that address and number, but both are no longer there.).

Problem is CIBIL will not remove them. When applying for loan some 15 years back, you were in that address and using that number. It cannot be deleted from CIBIL history. Unfortunately, it is like a temple hundi. Once it goes in, there is no coming back 🙁

There are so many other things to worry about in life other than these little piddly things about CIBIL address changes.
I too have these kind of things in my CIBIL for the last 6 years and I got most of the cards instantly..

Did you check on their websites or just speculating?
Per Annum
Experian = 999
CRIF = 900
Equifax = Unable to find.

BTW 100% agree with u = Don't purchase.

The only reason interested is because trying to verify which lenders use which bureau to do hard enquiry and report

Wondering if a single app exists to get annual subscription of all the 4 bureaus in 1 app; if not technofino should build 1

Thats why asked especially equifax as I cannot their sub price per annum anywhere .

Ideally, all lenders are supposed to report to all the CICs in India. CIBIL, Equifax, Experian mostly get the reports from all. CRIF sometimes get excluded.
However, CIBIL is the major player here and lenders heavily depend on its score. I'm not sure about other CCs but when it comes to premium/super-premium CCs, then CIBIL becomes the ultimate benchmark, and you would see the hard enquiry landing there for sure.

So, the recommendation is that if you keep improving your CIBIL score, the rest of the CIC's score would improve eventually.
Experian anyway is way more generous.
My CIBIL is 786, Experian is 873, and both have the same score range i.e. 300-900.

If you just want to check your score monthly/weekly, then honestly speaking you don't need any subscription at all.
There are so many apps out there that provide these scores for free at some frequency.
You could search this forum for "free cibil score".
At max, you could purchase annual subscription of CIBIL that too by applying some coupon or via some offer. You may get it at half the price.
I would again request not to purchase the subscriptions of other three CICs. For reasons, you could search this forum.

You seem quite serious about monitoring your credit score and history regularly. How old is your credit history, if I may ask?

I would be happy the day there remains only one CIC in India.
There's only one PAN per indvidual, there should be only one CIC for tracking all the loans and credit to that PAN.
It serves the purpose and simplifies the process.

When someone notices a wrong reporting in their reports of all the CICs, then they realize the need and importance of the above point.
It is just so very frustrating to get the information corrected in all the CICs report.
When all the reports are not aligned with each other, you start to question the purpose of their existence and role in India.

My friend advised to keep a top notch score since i plan to get home loan in the near future.
2 yrs credit history based on 1st car loan.

As no-one is promoting my post about this, I am forced to self promote in the interests of other members seeking the relevant info:
