CIBIL dispute section is completely broken and useless

Hi,

I have CIBIL subscription. I just tried to raise a dispute regarding an old address. After clicking on the dispute section it just takes you back to the dispute page with no way to raise dispute. These bastards are literally running a scam at this point.

Clicking on any of these subsections asks you to go to the same initial dispute page.

First go to Dispute Center after that

After clicking on contact information

Click on the Raise Dispute

After clicking on raise dispute you will get option for edit your details

Man You can only change just the category of address (which on its own is useless) I dont see an option to write a comment, remove addess or do anything else a normal person would like to change. are you able to make any change other than that?

You can edit full address but I think it's needs bank approval for correction in cibil report

Thanks for taking the time to experiment man really appreciate it, still, there is no way to remove an entry though. I can edit the entry but not report it as incorrect or delete it. Also, the link to find out which bank reported the entry leads back to the dispute form again.

CIBIL dispute is a scam in itself.
Have raised lot of disputes, never got required resolution.
They always give same copy paste answer to contact bank.
And then they don't give the name of the bank I should contact.
I've given up on them until RBI does something.

When I raised a dispute yesterday, CIBIL gave away the bank name to contact, even though I knew it could be Axis.

Business without accountability best kind of business. I mean they can literally generate credit report via thin air and there is no regulation to hold these bastards responsible.
