CIBIL DISPUTE without Membership šŸ˜”

TF Buzz
I have one wrong entry of Loan from Axis Bank. It's Probably from Axis Airtel Credit card i own. But I'm not sure as it shows different Credit limit. and often shown as 'others' or 'loan' instead of Credit card in my report. It's also shows only 5k limit.
So I have written Axis bank but they keep insisting that everything is fine from their side. Try contacting CIBIL bureau.
Now the question is how to raise dispute with CIBIL, because I don't have CIBIL membership ( feels not worth spending 1200ā‚¹), CIBIL does give a free report a year, but I have already used it about 250 days ago and it keeps insisting me to buy membership saying it can't file dispute with Old report. ( Also the loan account wasn't there in old report).
Any other method without burning 1200ā‚¹?

There was some methods to see report on CIBIL website without subscription.

@S S V might add.

If you don't want to pay for subscription and have already utilised your one free quota of CIBIL report per year, the only option loeft out is raising the dispute offline...

I remember I had the same problem.
There was an option of writing the details via message box/mail. You can raise your concern there by writing the details and complaint... Cibil folks will review it manually and create a service request accordingly.

+1
@Laukik .

Also this looks like a feasible option to consider and act upon...

If I understand correctly, you want to generate a new cibil report to check, yes?

In that case, try out the "view cibil score" on Google Pay.
Another app is OneScore - it fetches your cibil and also suggests how to improve.
A third alternate could be Cred - but you may not get your cibil score here. In any case, you can "report" wrong info via cred - they help you write an email.

Also, I don't think credit card inquiries show up as "loan". Are you sure it's not a "pay later" service you've availed from somewhere?

Can you post a screenshot of your cibil report showing the details of this loan? Hide your private info if you share.
