Amex checks multiple times eligibility during credit card application and allows to proceed for next steps if its eligible.
If one is not eligible during application process itself, Does AMEX make CIBIL enquiry? Or it will be made only after final submission of application.
Got to know from some sources regarding soft pull and hard pull by AMEX during application. Can anybody clarify?
