Now it notifies real time when an enquiry occurs via SMS instead of email.

Most users often miss e-mails, this is useful now.

No, nothing needs to be changed. It's automatic.

No need of subscription.

Previously I used to receive email on enquiries or any changes (wasn't mentioned that it's enquiry only).

But now a different template in SMS with proper details of enquiry.

It's quite great.

If they don't have data, why would they SMS/notify you.

And I believe you already have CIBIL account.
