Which card are you trying to apply for? Most salary accounts get a pre-approved banner within around 3 months.

cibil will always will be triggered for application of any cc/loans cause they need to cross verify your detail.

They check everything but your cibil score is good they would approve 🙂

Even if they reject due to some reason they would approve it later automatically in month or two.
