Pay your bills on time, nothing else can be done about it. Keep utilisation low and don't apply for new credit lines rn.

same as what @avishj said... there's not much you can do....

1 last try is that you can write to lazypay team and request them politely to decrease your dpd and reverse charges for latest month and report to cibil. banks usually show some consideration for cc customers who pay on time usually and miss payment on rare occassions.
but since lazypay is not a bank, i am not sure if they will be willing to help. no harm in trying.
one advise - stay away from bnpl...very risky in terms of cibil. bnpl is shown as a loan and not as a credit card on your profile. so the loan default causes a larger impact on score than cc default.

try to ask lazypay if they get it amended. if not don't keep paying on time. it'll improve.

You can share your medical records to lazypay and tell them about your hospitalisation. Just to prove your point is valid. It again depends upon the credit institutions to accept it or not
