Citi Bank Indian Oil Card - Point redemption in cash

Not sure if many folks here use the Citi Indian Oil card. Citi used to earlier allow us to redeem points against bill statement itself at 1:1 ratio with minimum redemption at 250 points = 250 Rs.
However, I am getting this note while redeeming 1137 points. Has the limit changed recently? This is an extremely high limit for redemption. What are the options I have?

this changed in 2019, afaik - that is the last year I redeemed all my points as soon as I see this notification.

your only option is to redeem for fuel with minimum points.

It occurred to me that you can redeem all your points on a fuel transaction at 1:1 ratio. It is still doable.
