CITI Business to Axis 😬😏

I'm little worried coz citi has sold the business to axis bank and by june 2023, it may happen.

I always get superb services from CITI bank with very precise prompt solution but now because axis is gonna taking over so little worried due to very bad services of axis. ☹️☹️

Yeah the services will be worst. If the benefits are same stick to it otherwise leave asap

Does anyone know what variant of Axis account will Citibank customers get?

Citibank Savings/salary Account
Citibank Priority
Citibank Gold > Axis Burgandy (I guess)

If the equivalent axis account is provided, then one may continue. Actually, there's no harm in seeing how the transition happens, right?
