Citi credit card late payment due to parkplus

Hi all,

I had around around 74.5k bill of citi credit card with due date of 29 March.. I paid 70k and credited in card on time. Remaining 4.5k i paid through parkplus which hasn’t credited yet(2 april).
parkplus is not taking complaints adking me to wait today as well.
I have following questions:
1. Shall I do direct payment using NEFT/IMPS right now?
2. Is there any process to take my extra paid bill back to account?
3. Do they charge late fee now and hit my cibil? Any way to avoid?

normally citi, icici, stanc upto 4 working days. since fy end, add one more. date mostly 30th march but do check just in case.
