Citibank account Transferred to Axis Bank: Debit Card Not Working

Hi,

My account recently got moved from Axis Bank to CitiBank but new debit card is not working.

I tried for a month with Axis Bank CS upto PMO and then also replaced the card but even new card has that problem.

Is anyone else faced such issue and how it got resolved?

When did you get debit card? Mine shows in netbanking. I got mail 20 days back that it will be delivered in 15 days. But still not delivered. No notification on whether it was shipped or not.

I blocked and replaced my current card. Got delivered within a week.
