Citibank CC to AXIS CC Swap - Possible?

I have 2 CITI CC. Can i swap it for any eligible AXIS CC?

You could close one Citi card which you are using less.
Keep only one Citi card for special discounts and offers on airtickets, etc and close the other one to avoid the hassle of phoning customer care to reverse the annual fees.

Today tried to Flip/Swap my CASHBACK cc to AIRTEL cc through LIVE AGENT👎

I am sorry to inform you that, due to system level change we are unable to upgrade migrated citi cards to axis credit card.

Once its resumed we will notified for the same to your registered id's.

As of now unable to upgrade the credit card.
