Citibank Prestige migration issue

Hi,

Have had a Citibank card for 25 years and it's now migrated to Axis. I can see it on website but it's not showing up on my Axis Bank app which I have been using for another old Axis card. Any suggestions as to how to add the card to my app?

I did that and it gave me the option of choosing between two customer id's. One for my original axis card and one for my migrated Citibank card.

I want to access both cards on the app. Suggestions?

Your scenario needs cid merger which cc cannot help pls visit nearby branch they can
