CKYC email update

Recently I have applied for sbi corporate card via my employer, while applying SBI has updated my CKYC email from my personal gmail to official corporate email id.now my new credit card entries (ie icici, HSBC) sending mails to official email Id . I asked SBI to change my CKYC details but they are asking my employer to intervene, my employer do not care about it,
can anyone suggest any alternative so I can directly approach CKYC authorities

I had the similar kind of issue where I had to update my CKYC details.
Here's what I did:

I had invested in Axis bank mutual fund, so I went to their office and filled their CKYC update form. They updated my KRA Kyc instead of CKYC.

Went to IDFC Mutual fund office (I'm invested here as well) and they did similar thing and again they updated KRA KYC instead of CKYC.

Went to KFINTECH office and CAMS office, ICICI MF office all did the same thing. These guys who sit in the office are not educated about the difference between KRA KYC and CKYC and they all do the same thing

One fine morning I tried calling AXIS MF customer care and explained him about my situation and they told me that they will fix my problem and after 2 days I received email from CKYC team that my details are updated.

Then I applied RBL credit card and after few days RBL updated my CKYC details wrongly and now again I have to take help from Axis Mutual fund to correct it.

Summary: CKYC details can be updated by banks, mutual funds, insurance companies or basically any financial institution. They all have CKYC create/update form. But only if they know where to update.
