CKYC fetched by Federal bank without any reason.

Received an sms that my ckyc was fetched by federal bank. I have no relation with federal and have not applied for any of its product or service.
Is there any way to know the reason and complain about it?

My mother ckyc was updated by hdfc bank.. without any consent.. mutliple mails to hdfc bank and ckyc team as well.. no proper response..

She has old fd in hdfc ltd.. that was matured in 2024.. still they updated ckyc
