Classic to preferred

I am in classic add on account holder my father being a primary Holder.

If I upgrade my account to preferred whether my father and other add on account holders also become preferred customer?

I am holding HDFC classic savings account now, if i request to move to Preferred, any benefits will be there?

Currently i am using Platinum easyshop debit card and Millenia Credit card

for that you have to ask branch or rm to make your account as primary holder then it is possible
