What is the best way to book Hotel Stay in Cleartrip/EaseMyTrip (Giving best rates) using Magnus (Yet to cross milestone this month). In case, accelerated rewards are not possible using Magnus, Can I use Infinia for the same?

I would suggest use gryftr vouchers or if there's good discound on cards. Use magnus to hit milestone. If impatient use infinia. As magnus will take ages for rp

Hotel is expensive in makemytrip (~10-15% more). I'm planning to buy easemytrip vouchers in Amazon using Amazon shopping vouchers. But Can we use easemytrip discounts along with easemytrip vouchers?

If you've Infinia, use that for hotel bookings. You get 10x rewards, which are quite lucrative. Of course, you will be limited by 7.5k/day or 15k/month rewards. Assuming your transaction value doesn't exceed that, I would recommend that route. If not, use Magnus's TravelEdge, but as someone said, it might be costlier. I am not so sure about using Gyftr vouchers because they won't allow you to use any discount codes/coupons etc.

It can be a little tricky. Most of the discount Coupons you get have a payment condition attached to it.
If it allows any payment medium including voucher. You can go ahead but discount on those would be limited.

If you want to use magnus, buying ASV and then using that to buy EaseMyTrip voucher is the best option. You will get 5x ER which is ~ 25%.

IMO, if you have Infinia points, best option is to use points to book hotel through smartbuy. Price is same as directly booking through cleartrip but you will not be able to use promo codes. 70% using points and rest 30% using Infinia which will give you 33% back as points.
If you don't have any points, then go to cleartrip through HDFC smartbuy. It will give you 33% back as well but not sure if it allows using promo codes.

No it won't work. Only discounts with don't involve card or wallet payments will work. Like free cancellation promo code. (Worked for me a long time ago) you will have to check with cc.

I haven't tried in easemytrip but usually you cannot club vouchers with promo codes. That's my experience in MMT.
