I closed my Flipkart axis card last year. But when I checkmy cibil score on Onscoreapp in my account there are 3 active axis card. I have only 2 active axis credit cards and only those 2 show up in axis app also. Why is the closed flipkart axis card still showing as active in onescore app. I had closed a sbi pulse card which was issued wrongly when I applied for simplyclick card. But that card account is correctly shown closed in onescore app. I closed the Flipkart axis card by calling the customer care last year around October. The app showed I had large number of credit account (15) so recommended closing some. Is it having bad impact on my cibil score. How do I close this card permanently?
