I purchased an ac from local vendor in my city. They had offers running for brand cashback of 5% and emi cashback ~5% for swiping through ICICI credit card in Paytm POS machine. Both the cashbacks are to be credited within 90 days.

It's been 70 days so far and I have not received the cashback. I'm posting this thread to get the possible solutions/ email address of the customer support from the community members
