Closed previous hdfc card for low limit 2 months ago . Applied for new card and approved but limit again almost same

My previous hdfc tata neu card had limit of 10k so i closed it around 2 months ago . Applied again on 10th October and today I have received sms containing last 4 digit of cc so i login into hdfc my card and saw the limit which is 17k . Should I close this card too or wait for physical card ? New card is hdfc freedom visa.

6 months old cc, limit should be more than 1/2L for millenia and 3/5L for regalia.

No guarantee of limit matching, but chances of better limit than online ones.

Can I close this one too ? I haven't activated the card yet . So if i don't activate the card it will get terminated after 35 days right ?
After that can I apply offline c2c ?

I want to ask is it possible to ask for limit increase before activation of the card ? They will soon start call for the card activation probably. Can I ask them .
They are giving me 1.2L card less emi on hdfc bank app and a pre-approved 2.92L loan . That's why i applied thinking they might give me decent limit but I was wrong
