Closure of HDFC card

Kindly help me.. I want to upgrade my HDFC card limit or variant or both. I currently have HDFC tata plus with 25k limit. I have other cards like atlas, sbi vistara prime, idfc select, ICICI apay with more than 2lac limit.
Ps I do have an HDFC account which I don't use and I think it is dormant.

You can close and reapply after 6 months. I used to have money-back+ & neu plus with 50k limit and other card limits are above 2.2 lks. Sent salary slips, bank statement to there famous Chennai office but no use. Denied le, card upgrade, closed card 1 month back. Let's see after 5 months.

getting LE and upgrade in hdfc is challenging, you can try with salary slip if they deny, then there is less chance

best options are close all hdfc cc and apply offline c2c (no need to wait, you can just apply next of card closure)
or
wait for pre-approved cc offers in hdfc (will start showing from 3rd or 4th month)

I have Moneyback card and 1.5 months ago, I sent the Salary Slip, company id copy and a handwritten application through Speed Post for LE, they revised my limit from 85k to 2L, so it worked for me, not sure if they decide to increase limits randomly.

I opened 25k amb account and applied for regalia gold. Now they want me to send physical docs to Chennai office. Uploaded to their web link multiple times.

Because I have started with a basic version of hdfc credit card way back in 2012. Using hdfc credit card from 2012 & in 2021 January I have upgraded my card to DCB credit card. Till 2012 which all cards I have used and /or using are LTF itself.
