Closure of Snapmint account not taking place

Hi.. anybody using Snapmint here .. ? Tried sending repeated emails at their CC & even calling their number.. no response (nobody picks up the call) .. I was curious how it works & so got registered, now want to come out, however, not able to.

If someone can help me out please.

I registered complaint in RBI Ombudsman and got in closed.

What usage did you get from it?
I am looking at using it ONCE only for 15% CB on Snitch (Clothes).

Worst customer care. I would say avoid
