Complete 1 month still under process (Bob irctc)

Hey 17 may i applied Bob IRCTC credit card via Bob website but still my application under process complete my all process like salary account bank statement uploaded ,video kyc complete, verification complete but still under process
what should i do now?

Only thing you can do is be patient. It took me ~50 days for the application to be approved, and this was back in March. Nowadays the lead time for BoB CC applications is around 1.5-2 months.

Tooo delay I'm already raise a ticket but they told me wait we are work on it. Seriously this time I'm irritated bob service is too poor not satisfied.
