Complete cashback not credited on SBI CSBK card.

Can anyone tell me how to solve sbi cashback problem. I didn't receive the complete cashback amount that I should have received for the billing month. I tried calling the customer care but don't have any information on the breakup of total cashback received. Moreover they cut the call once I started asking questions. I can't find their email id either. Any help on this regard will be appreciated.

Can you share more details? Which transactions were missing cashback and what was the cashback received vs expected?

It happened to me last month. I had 1 transaction which was under the 2 lac limit and 1 transaction above the 2 lac limit.
The 1st transaction was refunded. So, ideally I should have got the cashback for the 2nd transaction but I didn't.

But I got it in the next billing cycle. Not sure what was the reason. I think they took the settlement date instead of transaction date for Cashback calculation.
