I tried using idfc wealth visa infinite credit card, it went fine. But coupon was not accepted by both the portals. It says Invalid coupon.

Yes, tried with one year subscription only... It's not working.

It's working now... The error was due to the adguard dns in my wifi i guess. Once I changed to mobile network, it accepted.
