I recently learned that some routes are not operational in Air India, but Air India Express does operate. Air India Express uses Tata Neu as its rewards programme. After accumulating many CV points, I'm now uncertain about the availability of those routes after the merger.
So I took this matter into my own hands and sent an email to relevant mail addresses that I found on the Vistara website.
