Conference in Hawaii in December. 3L Axis edge RPG in hand

Hi guys I finally paid 35k and upgraded to the Magnus for Burgundy. I now have 3L Edge RPs that can be converted to 2.4L airmiles. I have an international conference coming up in December where I need to travel to Hawaii. Is it possible to use these points on any airmile program? Please do help me if that is possible. It would save a great deal of money for me. Thank you.

BTW I am a gastroenterologist and this will be my first international conference ever 🙂
